Terms and Conditions

(1) Costello & King is the trading name of Costking Properties limited. Our promotional offer to pay the conveyancing fees on the sale of your property is offered to you upon condition of your acceptance without modification of the terms and conditions below. Please take time to read these terms and conditions. It is important that you understand our contractual relationship relating to the sale of your property.

2) The offer applies to all properties for which Costello & King have received instruction to act as sole selling agents before 1st July 2008.

(3) The offer only applies only to properties where Costello & King are sole selling agents.

(4) Under this offer the conveyancing will be undertaken by Jonathan White & Company Solicitors, Watson & Johnson Centre, Church Road, Greystones, Co. Wicklow who will act on your behalf and take instructions directly from you. Please remember that, in addition to these terms, you will be subject to the terms and conditions of Jonathan White & Company.

(5) The offer covers solicitor’s fees for the conveyancing on the sale of the subject property only. It does not cover the cost of outlays.

(6) Costello & King requires written confirmation to commence with the sale of a property. Once this had been confirmed, the withdrawal charges set out below will apply.

(7) If our instructions in relation to the sale of the property are withdrawn by you at any time during the course of negotiations, you will be liable to Costello & King for any and all direct and indirect expenses and costs incurred by Costello & King.

(8) If our instructions in relation to the sale of the property are withdrawn by you subsequent to a sale having being agreed you will be liable to Costello & King for the full fee as agreed as well as any and all direct and indirect expenses and costs incurred by Costello & King.

(9) Costello & King observes the Code of Practice of Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute.
