Introducing our team

A newly established firm of Estate Agents, “Costello & King” opened our office on Trafalgar road in Greystones in August 2006. We offer expert advice on all your property requirements with a personal service and local knowledge that is second to none. Our services include residential sales and lettings, investments both Irish and overseas, valuations and financial services.

The Office is run by Managing Director Colm Costello and Senior Negotiator Aisling Dunne with Mortgage Advisor Mark Atkins providing the financial services expertise.

With a degree in Marketing, Colm has a wide range of experience in the Property Business both in Greystones and also in Dublin spending time working in both Ranelagh on the South Side of the City and Phibsboro on the North Side. Colm has returned to his native Greystones to set up “Costello & King”.

Aisling Dunne

Senior Negotiator

Aisling holds an honours degree in Management from DIT Aungier Street. She has several years experience in sales, lettings and property management. Aisling is in the final year of a part time AIVI degree course where she is studying for a BSc in Property Studies.

Mark Aitkins

Mortgage Advisor

Mark is a director of Atkins Mortgage and insurance Ltd. They were established in 2000 and currently have over 19 agencies covering the majority of financial institutions in Ireland thus allowing them to secure the best mortgage rates and terms to suit any customer. Mark offers free financial advise to all clients of “Costello & King”.
